Health and Life Insurance
The Diocese of Milwaukee offers health and life insurance. All employees working 20 hours or more a week are eligible for these benefits. Enrollment must occur with new employees within the first 30 days of employment. The available plan fact sheets and premium sheet are below. Please contact Patty Jaffke at 414-272-3028 ext. 156 to discuss your needs.
Employees who have had a major life change are also eligible to enroll in one of these plans within the first 30 days of the event. Contact Patty Jaffke immediately for further information.
2021 Annual Enrollment
It is time for our Annual Enrollment. All people currently covered under a Diocesan Plan should receive their Annual Enrollment Letter in the mail. This letter will have your pin number to login. Verify that your coverage and personal information is correct and, if desired, to change your coverage to another option. If you need help or assistance, please call the diocesan office and ask for Patty at ext.156 or send an email to . If you do not receive this letter, please call me as soon as possible. If you have any employees that are eligible, working 20 hours or more a week, this is the time to add them. Please call me with questions about that.

- Retirees have until December 7, 2020, to make their plan selections.
- Retiree subsidy and non-subsidy member letters were mailed on September 30.
- Enrollment instructions were included with the letters.
All retirees currently covered with a plan through the Episcopal Church should have received a packet or letter from The Episcopal Church office with directions on how to access your account. Please follow the directions, and if you have any trouble please call the Customer Service number given in the letter.
If you are a new retiree and think you would like to access a supplemental plan that is offered please contact the national church customer service and ask them for help. That number is 800-223-6602. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
