Health and Life Insurance
The Diocese of Milwaukee offers health and life insurance. All employees working 20 hours or more a week are eligible for these benefits. Enrollment must occur with new employees within the first 30 days of employment. The available plan fact sheets and premium sheet are below. Please contact the diocesan office at or 414-272-3028 to discuss your needs.
Employees who have had a major life change are also eligible to enroll in one of these plans within the first 30 days of the event. Contact the diocesan office immediately for further information.
Medical Plans
We will offer the following medical plans to our employees through the Medical Trust: Note that we are offering a wider range of plans from which to choose than we have done in recent years. You have the opportunity to select a plan that meets your health needs and which may be less expensive for your parish than plans offered in the past.
