by Heidi Ropa, Diocese of Milwaukee Haiti Project Coordinator

The Diocese of Milwaukee Haiti Project wishes to extend our profound gratitude to Dr. Ann Brophy who has chaired the Project for the past 10 years.  During Ann's leadership, St. Marc's has seen five different priests at its helm.  There have been times when travel to Haiti was restricted and communication was challenging, however, Dr. Brophy provided steadfast leadership and ongoing fidelity to the the people of Jeannette. The St. Marc's School campus has expanded, the sponsorship program grown and now a high school graduation.   There is much to celebrate about Ann's tenure.  As the wedding of her daughter, Hannah, approaches, Dr. Ann Brophy is stepping down from her role as Chair even as she remains involved with fundraising. Please take time to thank Ann for her years of faithful service.

Please join us as we recognize Dr. Brophy's positive leadership and years of services at the Haiti Project's 30th Celebration on Sunday, July 17 from 1 - 5 pm at SJNMA (St. John's Northwestern Military Academy) in Delafield, WI.
