Health and Life Insurance
The Diocese of Milwaukee offers health and life insurance. All employees working 20 hours or more a week are eligible for these benefits. Enrollment must occur with new employees within the first 30 days of employment. The available plan fact sheets and premium sheet are below. Employees who have had a major life change are also eligible to enroll in one of these plans within the first 30 days of the event. Contact Patty Jaffke immediately for further information.

All retirees currently covered with a plan through the Episcopal Church should receive a packet or letter from the national church with directions on how to access your account. Please follow the directions, and if you have any trouble please call the Customer Service number given in the letter.
If you are a new retiree and think you would like to access a supplemental plan that is offered please contact the national church customer service and ask them for help. That number is 800-223-6602. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
