Contemplative Spirituality and the Sisters of St. Mary

Deacon Nancy Hays Hills talks about the profound effect the Sisters of Saint Mary has had on her life and her search for God's will.  She reflects on her ministry and shares the caring relationship she has with Sister Mary Grace, who remains the last living member of the Sisters of Saint Mary, Western Province.

    Broad Perspective
In 1905, forty years after the Sisterhood of St. Mary had been established in New York, the Western Province of the Order was inaugurated at Kemper Hall in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Sister Margaret Clare was installed as Mother Superior of the Western Province.

    Scripture
Eph 6:18 (NIV): And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
