What are the people saying who have attended?
I started CDI as a favor to my Rector. I really didn’t know much about the program, but I have always been an education junkie.
What I learned by attending CDI had a great deal of impact on my life far beyond the church walls. By discovering how I functioned in groups, I became more patient with people who processed differently than I do. I was able to function better in the team environment, and began my team improve our functions. CDI stands for Church Development Institute. The “C” could just as easily stand for Christian, Community, or Career. Mike Prudhom from St. Michael's Racine "At the onset of this journey, I approached CDI out of a sense of obligation.
Now, as I make my way through the program, I'm beginning
to see real world applications for the theories being discussed.
I'm surprised at how many places in my life I can apply (or try to apply) my training."
