Mission Statement
The
Committee for Elder Ministry (CEM) serves as a link to the many other
area resources for elders and their caregivers for parish leaders and
members of the Diocese. We foster awareness about the rapidly
increasing need for ministry options that not only serve elders but
also empower them to be vital participants in the community. Members
bring expertise from a range of positions and ministries in the aging
field. We would like to foster stronger ministry by and for seniors in
each parish and community.
