Description

The Executive Council is defined in the Constitution of the Diocese of Milwaukee:

Article XIV. Of the Executive Council.

SECTION 1. The Convention may by Canon create and provide for the organization of an executive body to be known as The Executive Council.

SECTION 2. The functions and powers of the Executive Council shall be such as the Convention shall from time to time prescribe, but shall in no case invade nor conflict with the canonical duties and prerogatives of the Bishop and the Standing Committee respectively, nor with the functions, powers and duties of the Trustees of Funds and Endowments, Inc. as defined in this Constitution.
